publishing and distributing books and manuals - provide
scholarships for training of persons in Asia, Africa and South
America
AIFO is committed to capacity building in all its work by free
and complete access to its online materials. In countries, AIFO
supports preparation and adaptations of books and manuals in local
languages. Through its partners, we also organise regular and
periodic learning opportunities and courses. Support this
important work.

Fight against Leprosy - contribute for diagnosis and treatment of
new cases of leprosy - support prevention of disabilities -
help us organise rehabilitation services
AIFO supports control of leprosy disease through primary
health care services. We also promote a global view about leprosy,
promoting self care, prevention of disabilities, fight against
stigma e socioeconomic rehabilitation, working in collaboration
with leprosy affected persons.

Disability and Rehabilitation - contribute for early diagnosis and
rehabilitation of children with disabilties - help building a
rotating credit fund for helping persons to become independent -
contribute for vocational training courses - support the
persons to receive mobility aids
AIFO promotes community based rehabilitation approach and
works together with all groups of disabled persons including
leprosy affected persons, persons with physical and mental
disabilities and illnesses.

Vulnerable Children - support school
education, vaccinations and medical checkups for poor
children - help children with disability to go to school -
provide food supplements to malnourished children
AIFO promotes community approaches for supporting education,
health care and nutrition to children living in particularly
vulnerable conditions. Community approaches mean working together
with families and community leaders where these children live.
