AIFO office in Rome and Bologna are facilitating the organisation of different events and activities for the canonization of Fr Damien, in collaboration with the Congregation Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary and other partners.

• Contact addresses of some simple boarding places in Rome run mainly by religious organisations: some suggestions for organisation of your stay in Rome. (You will need to contact them yourself as we are unable to do this for you).

• For Journalists - Persons from different countries you may wish to interview on the occasion of Fr Damien's canonization in Rome: IDEA leaders, who are also persons affected with leprosy, coming from different parts of world; persons from different international ILEP and other organisations working for leprosy and planning to be in Rome for the ceremony; leprosy experts.
