Proceedings of an international workshop organised jointly by AIFO and Disability & Rehabilitation team of WHO (WHO/DAR) in Rome in 1995, with financial support from Training and Cultural Co-operation unit of Directorate General for Development of the Commission of European Communities. Other participants in the initiative included Norwegian Association of Disabled, Action Aid, Radda Barnen, Red Barnet and Save the Children Fund. These proceedings were published in book form as International Health Cooperation Papers, vol. 14, by AIFO, Bologna-Italy in 1996. All the files are in PDF (Acrobat) format.
