Do you think that the explanation
given by Liberia CBR programme enough to explain the
differences in numbers of disabled persons in developing and
developed countries?
Can you think of any other reasons to explain
this difference? If it is true that persons with disability
may have higher mortality rates, is it because of lack of
medical services or is it because of poverty or are there any
other reasons?
