I agree with Dr Ji's
comments (

LML June 3rd, 2005); and would add to them the need to
train staff to suspect lepromatous leprosy from clinical signs in
order to select patients whose diagnosis needs a slit skin smear.
My question is how do Dr
Ji and the rest of us get the message to the right people with
adequate noise to be heard?
