I am really
shocked to read new field "instructions" for some

think they are outright criminal and can only be issued by someone who
has never really seen the misery leprosy can cause.
To
"eliminate" leprosy on the administrative way only to be
able to say "we have reached the elimination goal" (which in
my personal opinion is wrong in itself) will in no way reduce leprosy
and all it accompanying problems. The contrary should be followed:
let's find even the last patient and make sure s/he receives full
treatment as early as ever possible.
