Dear Salvatore,

 

I refer to your last message (LML March 3rd, 2005). Finally a clear summing up statement of an apparently unchanging, endless and seemingly useless debate which has no positive influence on people affected by leprosy as the major protagonist (WHO) doesn't participate.
