Dear Salvatore,
I fully
sympathize with Dr. Salafia’s stand point (LML Nov. 14th,
2005). I think it is rather odd that a life member like Dr Salafia
does not get at least informed abut the meeting. I hope that the board
of the Association corrects the incident.
I am not a
member of Indian Association of Leprologists but one of my research
subjects is leprosy immunology and immunopathology (at present I am
attending the 10th Annual Meeting of Brazilian Soc. of Hansenology in
Recife, Brazil). It would be nice for me as a Person of Indian Origin
and, I suppose for many others to know when meetings and relevant
activities of Indian Leprosy scientists are being organised.
