Ref.:    alternative treatment for recurrent ENL reaction?

 Dear Dr. Noto,

 

I am writing this to draw your and everyone's attention in one of my problem in my control program.


As Dr S. R. Narahari, now I am in great need of clofazimine for managing recurrent ENLs. But currently it is not available in the market. Does anyone of you have any idea where we can get this drug? Until recently it was available in the name of Hansapren, but now it is not.

 

Can anyone of you suggest if recurrent ENL can be managed with any other drug other than steroids, clofazimine and thalidomide?
