I have the pleasure of forwarding to the lml the attached important paper of Dr P Bobin. I am sorry that not everybody will be able to appreciate it due to language problems (the paper is in French). Nevertheless, due its relevance in the ongoing debate about the MI and the authoritativeness of the writer I think it should be circulated.
