Sir,

 

A patient has developed exfoliative rashes two weeks after starting thalidomide 100mg tid.

Patient profile is age 32 yrs, male, wt 54 kg, was on steroid (prednisolone) for last one year for recurrent ENL reaction.


Should I continue thalidomide? Steroid (inj. decadron) has been added for last two days.
