2006.
His information is startling.
Such brave and dedicated leprosy workers are few and they should be
protected from the backlash from bureaucratic administrative
setup. I wish him well. Although I am not aware of
leprosy elimination programme of Andhra Pradesh, I would like to
put some remarks on his LML of Dec. 7th.
It would be unethical to
refuse treatment to patients with active leprosy. I would
suggest him to start with normal treatment to patients officially (if
it were possible) or unofficially without putting them in
register.
I would like to know further
whether there is any authority to check Director Health Service.
