Dear Dr. Noto,
I remember we have dealt with this question before when
it was raised by Dr. Jean Mukalay Numbi, then based in Danja,
Niger Republic.
If I remember well, thalidomide (where allowed) was proposed
as a key solution for recurrent ENL reaction. However, thalidomide
did not seem to have been effective in this case presented from Guinea
(Strahm S. LML Sept. 27th , 2006). Like Dr. Stefan Strahm, I
wonder where the real answer lies to the clinical challenge of protracted
recurrent ENL?
