Dear Salvatore,
I'm a Japanese graduate school student who researchs about Leprosy
situation in China. My
friend Davide introduced you and heard that you manage an
e-mailing list on that field. And I'd like to ask you a favour. If you have or know any
information below, please let me know.
1, Information of holocaust in China
In 1935 there was a holocaust in Guangdong Area and more than 300
leprosy patients were killed by the police. I've found a picture of it. And as I heard there might be
at least 2 more holocausts in China, however, I don't have proof
information on that.
2, Pictures of Leprosaria or leprosy patients in
ancient China especially from 1880's to 1950’s
Such as leprosy patients on the street will do, as long as it is
related to leprosy, that will be helpful to know the history of
leprosy in China.
If you could help me with finding these
information, I would really appreciate it.
