Dear Salvatore,
Talking about training
material in dermatology and leprosy, I would like to mention a book by
Schmeller, Stingl and myself which was published in 2004 by Schattauer,
Germany: "Dermatosen aus drei Kontinenten - Ein Bildatlas der
vergleichenden Dermatologie" (Dermatoses from Three
Continents - An Illustrated Guide of Comparative
Dermatology).
The setback of this
publication in an international context is that it is written in
German. The publisher as
well as the authors have been trying desperately, but so long
unsuccessfully, to find a publisher who would be willing and able
to translate the book in English and make it thus available to a
larger audience. It would
be highly appreciated if someone among the readers of this forum had a
bright idea!
