Ref.:    Corneal anaesthesia or hypoesthesia?

Dear all, 

 

Is there corneal anaesthesia in leprosy?  Diminished sensation, hypoesthesia, of the cornea yes; but complete anaesthesia, I am not sure.  Anyway, “even hypoesthesia can seriously affect the prognosis” (*).
