I refer to Mrs Higgins’ message (LML October
23rd, 2007). Our
dermatologist has developed a "Manual for the Diagnosis and
Treatment of Common Skin Diseases for Primary Health Care
Workers". This
manual has been developed for dermatological outreach programmes in
leprosy endemic areas. I
feel this could suit her purpose, however, this manual is in English.
