I share Diana Lockwood’s view (LML November
21st, 2007) on the need for “good prospective
studies” to quantify the extent of dapsone-related adverse events.
A well designed, properly coordinated international multi-centre study
is what we need. I suggest that ILEP initiate and drive the
process. We in Nigeria will be happy to co-operate.
