I refer to Dr
Diefenhardt’s LML message dated Nov. 21st, 2008. The current recommendations on
duration of steroid treatment in leprosy reactions are those in the
operational guide for the Global Strategy 2006 - 2010. A
revision would need to be based on evidence, so if you and others can
collate evidence to support a revision that would be very helpful,
