Dr. Noto,
I have a 33 years old patient with multibacillary (MB) leprosy. His bacteriological index (BI)
is 3+ and disability grade 2. He
has also mucocutáneus Leishmaniasis with nose involvement. Five years ago he received
Glucantime for 20 days.
I
would really appreciate comments and suggestions from people with more
experience. For e.g. what
treatment do I begin first?
