Dear Dr. Noto

 

Concerning Dr. P. K. Das’ message (LML 14th April, 2009).  I am dealing with leprosy control in Brazil at least for the last 30 short years.  The leprosy control programme has never been abandoned in Brazil , so I would like to know what means the "Brazilian way" to "restart" it.
