Clofazimine
is effective for the management of recurrent ENL reaction. We
are using it regularly. We
in
Nepal
also tried to obtain it from WHO. But,
till date we have not received it. Here
in Nepal we, the supporting ILEP members buy it locally, produced by
Indian companies, such as Astra IDL and others, with the brand
name - Hansaprin.
Will
some body from WHO respond to this genuine issue?
