the concept of "elimination" is confusing and often not well
understood by government officials. In the Thane district in
India
, where I work, I recently diagnosed 3 children less than 6 years
old with full blown lepromatous leprosy.
Dr Warren mentions that she often sees relapses. May
I ask her how she makes this diagnosis?
